We are open again and we look forward to meeting you at a safe distance! Given that your health and safety are our top priority, we have taken extensive measures to ensure that your visit to our meetings is pleasant and responsible without you having to compromise on your experience.

Mainstage-1.5 (22) corona

As of July 1, there is no longer a limit on the number of visitors to meetings, taking into account the necessary corona measures. This implies that:

  • The 1.5 meter distance is observed
  • Visitors must register in advance (online)
  • A health check is done upon entry

The past period we have prepared our location for this moment with great attention and care. We have taken extensive measures to fully adapt MAINSTAGE to the new situation and are pleased to open our doors again on 1 July. The measures we have taken to make your visit pleasant, safe and responsible:

  • There are several separate entrances and toilet groups
  • There are plenty of parking options, allowing guests to park widely apart and close to the various entrances
  • For general hygiene, there are disinfection stations with hand gel and signing with the general guidelines of the RIVM at the entrances
  • Floor markings have been installed to keep the distance between guests

In addition, the RVIM guidelines are strictly observed by all those present: organizers, exhibitors, guests and employees. Before and during the visit or presence, everyone is expressly urged to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Do not shake hands
  • Keep your distance
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for longer than 20/25 seconds
  • Cough and sneeze in a paper bag or on the inside of your elbow
  • Use tissue paper and then throw it away
  • Then wash your hands

MAINSTAGE actively calls prior to the meetings not to come to health complaints and reserve the right to refuse access to the site if there is any doubt about the health condition.

According to the current guidelines:

  • Do you have a cold, such as a cold, runny nose, sore throat, mild cough or increase (up to 38 degrees Celsius)? Stay at home!
  • Do you have a cold and fever (above 38 degrees Celsius) and / or shortness of breath? Stay at home and that also applies to your housemates.
