Philosopher, writer and program maker Stine Jensen reports on her quest through the spiritual (Wild) West and her research into the ego, gurus and other inconveniences. A theater lecture on happiness, yoga and mindfulness, for anyone looking for more balance. Who not?

Three jobs, a sixty-hour workweek, a mountain of deadlines and a young daughter sent Stine into a personal crisis: she went through her back. At home on the couch, the philosopher oversaw the excitement of her life and decided to change course. In search of more happiness, peace and balance between body and mind, she explores the spiritual world and delves into the world of mindfulness, meditation and yoga. She changes her eating habits and meditates daily. But is she also getting happier?

In this theater lecture, Stine Jensen approaches happiness and yoga from a philosophical angle. She explains everything clearly and links her search to her experiences, with enough space for the visitor to form their own vision. Her book Go East. A philosopher travels through the world of yoga, mindfulness and spirituality forms the basis of this lecture.

Want to meet Stine in real life afterwards in 's-Hertogenbosch? After the lecture there is a Meet & Greet in the theater.
